Job summary

Yokogawa in Bahrain is seeking a skilled Service Engineer to deliver high-quality maintenance, upgrades, and lifecycle support across industrial automation projects. You will work onsite with customers, ensuring system integrity and customer satisfaction while maintaining strong technical and commercial relationships.

The role requires 3–8 years in automation, offshore project exposure, and bilingual English/French communication.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering – Process Control, Instrumentation, or Electrical & Electronics.
3–8 years in Industrial Automation control systems, preferably Yokogawa DCS.
Experience offshore FPSO/Terminals/Platforms preferred; resident engineer onsite.

Responsibilities

Install systems, configure applications, commission and troubleshoot per Yokogawa standards.
Design and test I/O configurations, control functions, interlocks and operator interfaces.
Perform hardware installation, wiring, loop checks, and documentation.
Ensure quality records, drawings, and service records are delivered.
Support maintenance contracts and lifecycle services to sustain operations.
Provide technical support to Service Sales and grow service business.
Maintain strong customer relationships through professional delivery and communication.
