Job summary
Yokogawa is seeking a seasoned Service Engineer to deliver high-quality maintenance, upgrades and lifecycle support for industrial automation systems. You will engage with customers on offshore FPSO/terminals, configure and troubleshoot DCS projects, and drive service opportunities.
The role requires engineering graduates with 3–8 years in automation, offshore experience preferred, and strong communication skills in English and French.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Engineering – Process Control Systems / Instrumentation / Electrical & Electronics.
- Minimum 3–8 years in Industrial Automation Control systems, preferably Yokogawa DCS.
- Offshore FPSO/Terminals/Platforms experience preferred.
- Min 4 years handling small to medium projects or site maintenance as resident engineer.
- TuV certification is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Execute system installation, configuration, commissioning, troubleshooting per Yokogawa standards.
- Design, implement, test I/O configurations, interlocks, operator interfaces.
- Perform hardware installation, wiring, loop checking, documentation and service records.
- Ensure compliance with project quality requirements and timely reporting of hours.
- Support maintenance contracts, system upgrades and lifecycle services to ensure customer satisfaction.
