Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in service or maintenance with automation systems.
• Experience on Yokogawa / Equivalent systems preferable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate closely with customer operations and project delivery teams.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support and prepare service reports.
• Ensure adherence to site safety regulations and Yokogawa quality standards.
• Develop technical documents for Service Team’s competency development.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through high-quality service delivery.
