Nass Group & Corporation is seeking a Senior QA/QC Engineer to lead quality control across civil construction projects on site in Bahrain. The role involves guiding material usage, testing, inspections, documentation, and ensuring compliance with project specs and industry standards.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, 7+ years of QA/QC in construction, GCC experience preferred, and CRPEP registration eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in QA/QC in construction, civil projects.
• GCC experience preferred.
• Eligible for CRPEP registration.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Review and verify inspection, testing, and trial procedures to ensure correct methodologies and accurate results.
• Analyze quality and technical data, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with consultants and client representatives.
• Communicate inspection and testing results to stakeholders and report non-conformities to the Project Manager.
• Identify and stop non-compliant work per approved quality procedures and standards.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation including non-conformance records, test reports, and close-out docs.
• Ensure testing equipment is calibrated, maintained, and registered.
• Coordinate QA/QC activities with Site QA/QC Manager, procurement, site teams, consultants, clients, and suppliers.
• Monitor quality performance using statistical methods and provide improvement reports.
• Maintain as-built drawings monthly and coordinate with subcontractors on documentation.
• Conduct pre-job quality briefings for approved method statements.
