Job summary

Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain is seeking a Security Officer (Bahraini National) to join the Security Department. You will help protect guests, colleagues, and property and participate in daily security operations on the beach resort.

The role requires 2 years of security experience in customer-facing roles and at least higher secondary education. You will conduct patrols, monitor systems, manage keys, and respond to emergencies as part of a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• 2 years of security experience in a customer related service-oriented role.
• Higher secondary education is required.

Responsibilities

• Always adhere strictly to all security and safety-related policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment.
• Assist in protecting company property, colleagues, and guests by actively monitoring and promptly reporting any suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities for further investigation.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols to ensure the security of the premises, deter unauthorized access, and identify any potential security risks.
• Continuously monitor security systems and equipment for proper functioning, promptly reporting any malfunctions or issues to the appropriate authorities for resolution.
• Manage the distribution and control of keys to authorized personnel, ensuring the security of key assets and facilities.
• Be prepared to respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, including initiating emergency procedures, evacuating personnel, and notifying the appropriate emergency services.
