Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain is seeking a Guest Relations Executive - Food & Beverage to join our luxury team. You will ensure impeccable guest service, manage seating, greet guests, and uphold service standards in a 5-star setting.

The ideal candidate holds a hotel school degree, has 1 year of relevant experience, and thrives in a multi-cultural, Middle East environment. A professional appearance and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Hotel School Degree or Diploma completed.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
• 2 years’ experience in a 5-star international luxury environment.
• Presentable with strong communication skills.
• Middle East experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with warmth and professional demeanor.
• Seat guests and manage reservations to ensure smooth service.
• Uphold service standards and guest satisfaction throughout service.
• Coordinate with F&B team to ensure timely delivery of menus and beverages.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients and daily availability.
