Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security experience.
• Experience in industrial environments preferred.
• Shift work including nights and holidays required.
• Physically fit for prolonged standing and patrols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to premises, workshops, camps, and project sites.
• Verify identity of employees, visitors, contractors, and suppliers entering or leaving the premises.
• Conduct patrols and inspections to safeguard assets.
• Maintain gate logs, visitor records, and vehicle movement registers.
• Observe and report suspicious activities, security breaches, accidents, or hazards.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and site regulations.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, incidents, and security concerns.
• Assist in crowd control and traffic management when needed.
• Monitor CCTV and report unusual activities.
• Coordinate with supervisors, management, and emergency services.
• Check materials, equipment, and tools entering or leaving the facility.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.
