Job summary

Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain invites a Guest Services Executive – Spa Department to join our luxury spa team. You will greet guests, coordinate spa services and ensure impeccable reception standards, aligning with our renowned hospitality values.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in international luxury hospitality, strong Opera system skills, and a deep understanding of cultural differences to delight discerning guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably with an international luxury hospitality company.
• Good knowledge of working with Opera system.
• Experience of working in an international capacity and understanding cultural differences.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, escort to spa locations, ensure treatment room cleanliness, handle enquiries, arrange amenities.
• Anticipate customer needs, including special requirements, and provide appropriate products or information.
• Identify dissatisfaction and resolve per procedures; inform managers as needed.
• Maintain reception desk operation and cleanliness; ensure areas are stocked and compliant with standards.
• Maintain a professional atmosphere; prepare tables/trays per SOPs and guest requirements.
