An Upcoming Company is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth in Bahrain. The role focuses on identifying new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing targeted marketing initiatives across the Kingdom.

Responsibilities include lead generation, client meetings, deal closure, account management, campaign execution, competitor mapping, events, and CRM-based activity tracking. A Bahrain driving license and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the Bahrain market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead Generation: identify and prospect new business opportunities across Bahrain.
• Client Meetings: set up meetings and conduct outdoor sales visits to understand client needs and present offerings.
• Deal Closure: follow up quotations, negotiate terms and close sales to meet KPIs.
• Account Management: build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Campaign Execution: plan and implement localized outdoor and digital marketing strategies.
• Competitor Mapping: monitor market trends and pricing in Bahrain.
• Promotional Events: participate in local trade shows, exhibitions and corporate events.
• Sales Pipeline Tracking: log daily sales activities, leads, and pipeline updates in CRM.
• Payment Collection: coordinate with clients to collect outstanding payments and invoices.
