Job summary

Talabat Holding is seeking a results-driven sales performance professional to monitor KPI-based performance, ensure SOP compliance, and lead data-driven initiatives driving key account growth nationwide in Bahrain.

The role collaborates cross-functionally to execute campaigns, deliver insightful performance reporting, and build strong relationships with strategic stakeholders to enhance sales effectiveness and visibility across the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 5+ years of BI/analytics with exposure to sales.
• Highly analytical and numbers-driven with strong organizational skills.
• Project and program management experience including scopes, plans and tasks.
• Passionate about sales metrics and branding.
• Experience in web technology sales and strategic/operational contributions.
• Excellent organizational and people skills; able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPI-driven sales performance and provide insights.
• Ensure SOP compliance within the sales team and optimize SOPs.
• Define projects to optimize key accounts' performance and engagement.
• Conduct regular business reviews for visibility of performance across the country.
• Collaborate on regional campaigns influencing branding and sales.
• Create weekly/monthly performance reports to track KPIs and SOPs.
• Rollout sales performance reports to enable data-driven decisions.
• Establish and maintain relationships with regional stakeholders and strategic partners.
