Job summary

Pemtech is looking for an organised, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our growing operations in Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on preparing quotations, tracking orders, and coordinating proposals with Operations and Technical Leads, while supporting tenders and sales reporting.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and a background in CRM/ERP systems (Odoo/SAP). A related bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems (Odoo or SAP) is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
