Job summary

Pramac, a Generac Company, is seeking an Application Engineer to join our Engineering Team in Bahrain. The role focuses on selecting power generation products based on client requirements, supporting sales with presentations, and ensuring timely order processing.

The candidate will work closely with sales and management, possess a mechanical or electrical engineering background, and demonstrate strong communication, organization, and a proactive approach to learning and delivering

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
• Knowledge of power generators (Diesel/Gas/Datacentre) is an advantage.
• Proficiency with MS Office and understanding of sales processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Select power generation products based on client requirements.
• Maintain organized sales records and report monthly to management.
• Prepare and distribute presentations to help sales generate leads.
• Support orders and keep customers informed of delays and delivery dates.
• Attend sales training and learn company services and products.
• Monitor inventory and track new services/products for sale.
• Communicate with sales reps to ensure prompt order processing.
• Collaborate with senior sales staff on month-end reports.

Pramac , part of the world’s leading gas generator and third largest diesel generator manufacturer, is looking for a highly motivated and Application Engineer to join our Engineering Team.

Main Responsibilities

• Selection of the power generation products based on the Client requirement.

• Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team.

• Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads.

• Support senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates.

• Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company’s services and products.

• Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for sale.

• Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone.

• Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.

• Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales report.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant field

• Knowledge in power generator, Diesel / Gas / Datacentre would be an advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Office package. Understanding of sales process, preferably with sales experience
