Job summary

Braxtone Advisory seeks a senior leader to establish and grow its regional advisory practice in Bahrain. You will own the practice P&L, shape strategy and drive client relationships with GCC boards, regulators and investors.

The role requires delivering measurable outcomes and scaling offerings across insurance strategy and transformation. The successful candidate will lead cross-border engagements, manage offshore delivery where appropriate, and maintain rigorous governance and quality controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant discipline.
• Professional credentials (ACII, FCII, CPCU, CFA, CPA/CA, PMP or similar) are advantageous.
• Typically 15+ years in management consulting or advisory, with senior leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Advisory business strategy, annual plan and 3-year growth roadmap.
• Own the practice P&L including revenue, gross margin, utilization, headcount, costs and collections.
• Build a focused portfolio of repeatable, high-value offerings and decide lead/partner or outsourcing.
• Translate opportunities into a disciplined pipeline, account plans and forecasts.
• Originate and convert assignments via relationships, referrals and campaigns.
• Develop relationships with GCC board members, CEOs and regulators.
• Lead client discovery, qualification, pricing, negotiation and contracting.
• Grow key accounts through cross-selling and structured plans.
• Act as executive sponsor for engagements and ensure outcomes.
• Establish governance controls: scope, milestones, budget, resourcing, risks and billing.
• Ensure deliverables meet high consulting standards in the GCC insurance market.
• Intervene early if engagements are at risk and capture lessons learned.
• Develop offerings across insurance strategy, operating models, performance and AI-enabled transformation.
• Create methodologies, assets and thought leadership; represent Braxtone externally.
• Maintain knowledge of GCC insurance developments and regulators.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, insurance, engineering or another relevant discipline
