Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• 5+ years of experience in insurance, consulting, advisory, or project management.
• Strong understanding of insurance operations and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent planning, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage advisory projects from planning through completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate with client management, regulators, and external partners.
• Review operations to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support restructuring, transformation, and operational improvements.
• Manage run-off projects and related workstreams (regulatory, financial, operations).
