Job summary

Thales is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for CIAM expansion across Europe. You will drive revenue growth within the existing customer base and collaborate with marketing, product, and professional services to meet ambitious sales targets.

You will cultivate relationships with CIOs, program managers, and digital leads, while identifying opportunities to upsell OneWelcome services and ensure strong contract renewals and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• ,"BA/BS or MSc with 5+ years in key account or service management (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).","Deep knowledge of cloud computing and databases among other technologies.","Effective mediation and executive meeting facilitation.","Fluent in English and Dutch; willing to travel in Europe.","CIAM solutions familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and expand market share in Europe.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and professional services to achieve sales goals.
• Cultivate relationships with CIOs, program managers, and digital leads.

• Manage contract renewals and minimize customer attrition.
