Job summary

Thales is seeking an experienced CIAM Solution Architect to join the Professional Services department in Amersfoort, NL. You will work in multidisciplinary project teams, signing off on best-of-breed CIAM solutions for corporate clients and helping customers maximize platform value.

You will engage with external vendors, focus on security and integration, and mentor juniors while driving client discussions and shaping outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CIAM/Identity & Access Management.
• Familiar with Networking concepts (firewalls, TCP/IP, OSI, WAF).
• Knowledge of APIs- XML/JSON/REST/SOAP, ESB/CRM/OMS, ArchiMate, use-cases and sequence diagrams.
• Knowledge of containerisation with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience with Java/Python/JavaScript/HTML and cloud platforms (AWS or similar).
• Familiar with BPMN and process modelling.
• Capable of leading client discussions and translating use cases into workable stories.
• Nice to have background as an integration partner.

Responsibilities

• Sign off on CIAM solutions for corporate clients in multidisciplinary project teams.
• Help customers get the most out of the CIAM platform and architecture.
• Liaise with external vendors and internal colleagues to align on security and integration.
• Lead discussions with client-side counterparts and translate requirements into actionable stories.
