Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of total experience with a minimum of 3 years in Transfer Agency.

Responsibilities

• Cover funds as a professional contact for investors, fund managers and internal teams regarding fund documentation, investor registries and AML KYC processing.
• Understand AML KYC laws and guidelines set by regulators and Apex policies.
• Coordinate with operations and CRM teams to ensure tasks are completed.
• Publish NAV per share to pricing vendors (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Morningstar).
• Maintain knowledge of funds, timelines, deal documentation and related processes.
• Communicate TA activity updates to FA teams and prepare comments for Fund PPMs and related resolutions.
