Job summary

Apex seeks a skilled fund administrator to coordinate and manage administration for a group of clients in Bahrain. The role covers NAV review, financial statement oversight, capital calls, and distributions, along with AML/KYC onboarding and audit support.

You will interact with clients and fund directors, ensure accuracy of reporting, and contribute to MIS outputs while meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Detailed understanding of Private Equity and fund structures.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and multi-task.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review NAV files for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Review annual financial statements for funds.
• Process fund capital calls and distributions.
• Assist in audit preparation for assigned relationships.
• Onboard investors including AML/KYC documents.
• Ensure client deliverables and relationship management.
• Submit regulatory information on behalf of clients.
• Interact with fund directors and other stakeholders.
• Assist MIS reporting.
