Job summary

Arabian International Contracting Co. WLL in Bahrain seeks an experienced Project Manager - Electrical to lead industrial construction projects from award to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and 5–10 years of experience in heavy industrial projects, with excellent communication, teamwork, and flexibility to travel across Bahrain and GCC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in industrial construction, shutdown or maintenance.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; willingness to travel within Bahrain and GCC.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of engineering design, drawings, and specifications.
• Take overall responsibility for managing industrial projects from award through completion.
• Develop project execution plans, establish schedules, and manage resource allocation.
• Monitor project costs, productivity, and overall project progress.
• Ensure project activities comply with contractual, safety, and quality requirements.
• Maintain effective coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare project reports and ensure proper maintenance of project documentation.
