Job summary

Arabian International Contracting Co. WLL in Bahrain seeks an experienced Project Manager - Electrical to lead industrial construction projects from award to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and 5–10 years of experience in heavy industrial projects, with excellent communication, teamwork, and flexibility to travel across Bahrain and GCC.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
5-10 years of relevant experience in industrial construction, shutdown or maintenance.
Strong communication and teamwork skills; willingness to travel within Bahrain and GCC.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate strong knowledge of engineering design, drawings, and specifications.
Take overall responsibility for managing industrial projects from award through completion.
Develop project execution plans, establish schedules, and manage resource allocation.
Monitor project costs, productivity, and overall project progress.
Ensure project activities comply with contractual, safety, and quality requirements.
Maintain effective coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Prepare project reports and ensure proper maintenance of project documentation.
