Job summary

Arabian International Contracting Co. WLL is seeking an Engineer for the Tender Department to manage the full tendering lifecycle for heavy industrial projects in Bahrain and across the GCC.

The role requires a background in mechanical, civil, or electrical engineering and at least 3 years in tendering, estimation, and business development. You will prepare estimates, identify opportunities, and work with clients and internal teams to deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, civil, or electrical engineering.
• 3 years of tendering, estimation, and business development experience.
• Experience with heavy industrial projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle tenders via direct enquiries and tender portals.
• Prepare quantity estimates from drawings and specifications.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with industrial clients.
• Manage the complete tendering process from enquiry to submission.
• Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals.
• Conduct client presentations and participate in commercial negotiations.
• Support strategic business development initiatives.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical; Civil and Electrical Engineering

Experience

3 years of relevant experience in tendering, estimation, and business development.

• Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately or have a shorter notice period.
• Be willing to work across Bahrain and other GCC locations, as required.
