Job summary

Arabian International Contracting Co. WLL is seeking a Project Manager - Mechanical to lead industrial construction projects from award to completion, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery.

You will oversee equipment installation, piping and structural works, develop execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation, and coordinate with Civil and E&I disciplines.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and willingness to travel across Bahrain and GCC locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in industrial construction, shutdown or maintenance projects.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for managing industrial projects from award through completion.
• Plan and oversee the execution of equipment installation, piping, and structural works.
• Prepare project execution plans, develop schedules, and allocate resources effectively.
• Oversee the activities of other disciplines, including Civil and E&I, involved in the project.
• Track project costs, productivity, and overall progress to ensure project objectives are met.
• Ensure all project activities comply with contractual, safety, and quality requirements.
• Maintain effective coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare regular project reports and ensure proper maintenance of project documentation.
