Job summary

UNDP Bahrain is seeking a Programme Associate to support formulation and implementation of the Country Programme Documents (CPDs) and Baselines, Milestones and Targets. You will backstop programme administration, data management, and partner coordination to ensure timely, quality delivery.

The role also covers assist with resource mobilization, audits, and knowledge sharing across clusters under supervision by the Programme Analyst.

Qualifications

• 6+ years with high school diploma or 3+ years with bachelor’s degree in administrative/management or programme work
• Experience with ERP and web-based management systems
• Fluency in English and Arabic

Responsibilities

• Support formulation of programme strategies and CPDs
• Provide day-to-day guidance to implementing partners and track resources
• Assist with partnership and resource mobilization and donor reporting
• Facilitate knowledge building and sharing within the CO
