Job summary

University of Bahrain is seeking a SDGs Hub and Innovation Lab Coordinator under a National Personnel Service Agreement (NPSA) to coordinate day-to-day operations and support SDG programming with UNDP collaboration. The role emphasizes partnership building, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge management within the university and with external partners.

The incumbent will report to the Programme Officer and will help organize activities, monitor progress, and support budget tracking for Lab

Qualifications

Advanced degree in Sustainable Development or related field is required.
Bachelor’s degree with two extra years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of an advanced degree.
Experience in programme coordination, project management, partnerships, or higher education support is preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day operations of the SDGs Hub and Innovation Lab in line with UOB and UNDP policies and procedures.
Support development and implementation of SDG initiatives and partnerships within the University.
Assist with monitoring, reporting, and knowledge management for the SDGs Hub and Lab.
Support outreach, communications, and resource mobilization efforts for Hub activities.
