Apex Group offers a Deal-by-Deal Operations Internship in Bahrain. You will work with private equity and real estate investment structures, learning setup, investor reporting and month-end processes within a multi-entity environment.

Ideal candidates are Bahraini graduates with strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and a keen interest in financial services and investment operations. This role provides practical experience across accounting feeds, data quality and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Investment structure set-up and maintenance.
• Acquisition and funding activities across complex multi-entity structures.
• Recording investor subscriptions, placements and capital activity.
• Cash matching, receivable management and transaction monitoring.
• Fee calculations, accounting entries and investor reporting support.
• Distribution processing and return of capital activities.
• Asset issuance and investor ownership administration.
• Financial reconciliations and month-end operational processes.
• Data quality reviews, process improvement initiatives and operational reporting.
