Job summary

Apex is seeking an experienced fund administrator to coordinate and manage all administration for a group of clients. The role includes NAV file reviews, financial statement review, and participation in audits.

Successful candidates will have 5–10 years in fund accounting with a degree in accounting or finance, and strong multitasking and client relationship skills. AML/KYC onboarding and MIS reporting are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of Private Equity and close-ended fund structures.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and fund governance.
• 5-10 years experience in fund accounting with a professional degree in accounting or finance.
• Ability and desire to work to tight deadlines and to multi-task on projects.
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage administration for a group of clients, including NAV file reviews for multiple funds.
• Review annual financial statements and assist in audit processes.
• Process fund capital calls and distributions.
• Onboard investors including AML/KYC documentation review.
• Ensure timely and accurate client deliverables and MIS reporting.
• Regularly interact with fund directors and other stakeholders.
