Job summary

Azadea Group is seeking an HR generalist to support end-to-end human resources operations across onboarding, employee data management, and engagement initiatives. You will partner with management to deliver training, handle recruitment for junior and mid-level roles, manage employee relations, and monitor workforce planning to align with business needs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of HR experience required.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience onboarding new employees and handling HR tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, labor laws and HR standards.
• Manage employee relations cases and provide guidance on disciplinary actions.
• Partner with managers on team development, performance and engagement.
• Support performance appraisals and identify learning needs.
• Manage recruitment and selection for junior and mid-level roles.
• Oversee transfers, relocations, exits and related HR docs.
• Coordinate engagement initiatives and deliver training sessions.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and improvements.
• Assist workforce planning and headcount alignment with business needs.
• Promote a safe, productive working environment.
