Job summary

Azadea Group in Bahrain is seeking an HR Business Partner to oversee in-store HR functions, including talent acquisition, development, performance, and rewards, collaborating with business leaders to maintain a productive workforce.

You will drive compliance with policies, support managers with employee relations, lead training initiatives, and analyze HR data to improve engagement and store performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 2–4 years HR experience.
• Experience in in-store HR operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR functions in-store, including Talent Acquisition, Development, Performance and Rewards.
• Ensure policy compliance and manage employee relations with managers.
• Lead training programs and coordinate with Talent Development on learning needs.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and improve engagement and performance.
• Coordinate staffing through budgeted hours and headcount within local regulations.
