Job summary

The Agency Cayman in Bahrain seeks a visionary Director / Salaried Partner to drive the strategic expansion of its Risk Advisory practice, leading a top-tier team and partnering with high-profile regional clients to solve governance and risk challenges.

You will grow the practice, oversee major engagements across governance, risk, and assurance, present insights to boards, mentor a 10–15 person team, and develop new service lines and internal training.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in a major professional services firm with a focus on risk consulting.
• 8+ years in management leading teams and client delivery.

What You Will Do

• Drive Practice Growth: Lead market expansion, lead client targeting and sales pitches, oversee proposal development, and hit key financial KPIs (Sales, Utilization, Recovery, and Collections).
• Lead Complex Engagements: Direct major client projects across Corporate Governance, Compliance, Internal Audit, Financial Risk Management, Forensics, and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks.
• Executive Advisory: Present key insights and strategic reviews directly to executive leadership and client Boards of Directors.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Direct a team of 10–15 professionals on engagements while directly managing the performance, career progression, and retention of 5–6 staff members.
• Practice Innovation: Develop new risk consulting service lines and build internal training curricula to upskill team talent.

Who You Are

• Seasoned Leader: 15+ years of experience within a major professional services/consulting firm or prominent commercial organization, with a strong focus on risk consulting and at least 8+ years in management.
• Proven Dealmaker: Demonstrable track record of business development, revenue generation, and consistently hitting sales targets.
• Qualified Expert: Holder of a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, paired with a professional qualification (ICAEW, ACCA, CPA, or Master’s). CIA or CISA certifications are strong advantages.
• Strategic Communicator: Outstanding executive presence with fluent spoken and written English skills suitable for Board-level engagements and report delivery.
