Job summary

Advanced Search in Bahrain seeks an experienced tax professional to deliver comprehensive tax advisory services in line with local laws. You will build strong client relationships, provide planning and expertise, and handle complex tax matters with innovative strategies.

Responsibilities include managing tax provision, audits, and leading the advisory team, while communicating changes in the tax environment to management and ensuring compliance across industries.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, finance, commerce or related field.
• Completed a professional qualification, such as CPA/ACCA/CA/LLB/LLM/LLD/JSD.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the taxation field.
• Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns.
• Good knowledge on business process.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full range of tax advisory services in compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise.
• Provide innovative tax planning and review complex tax returns.
• Identify risks, manage tax exposures, and mitigate tax risks by providing tax planning, structuring, and highlighting tax implications.
• Manage tax provision and tax compliance process.
• Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.
• Manage and coordinate tax audits.
• Inform management of changes in the tax environment, as well as the ramifications of tax legislation changes.
• Manage and lead the tax advisory team.
