Pastry Chef at a Luxury Hotel in Manama, Bahrain

We are hiring a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team at a luxury hotel in Manama, Bahrain. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing various pastries, desserts, and baked goods for our hotel's restaurants and banquets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new pastry and dessert recipes that meet the hotel's standards and customer preferences
• Prepare and present a variety of pastries, cakes, tarts, breads, and other desserts for daily service
• Oversee the production of all baked goods for banquets and special events
• Maintain high levels of food quality, hygiene, and safety standards in the pastry kitchen
• Manage inventory and order ingredients to ensure timely production of pastries
• Train and supervise junior pastry chefs to maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of different baking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Salary

• We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this full-time position.
