Job summary

MasterFix Solutions is seeking a Pastry Chef for a high-end restaurant in Manama, Bahrain. You will create and prepare pastries and desserts, collaborating with the executive chef to develop new menu items while ensuring top quality.

Role requires formal culinary training and proven pastry experience in upscale settings. You will manage inventory, uphold safety standards, and mentor junior staff to maintain excellence in our pastry program.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a pastry chef in a high-end restaurant setting.
• Formal culinary training from a reputable institution preferred.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to create visually appealing pastries with attention to detail.
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities
