Job summary

Barbaricum is a rapidly growing government contractor delivering cutting-edge support across Defense and National Security mission sets. We seek Field Service Representatives (FSR) experienced with Palantir to train analysts, troubleshoot, and develop new use cases across global sites. This rotation includes 90/90 assignments and potential CONUS/OCONUS exposure.

The role emphasizes hands-on training, dashboard development, and close collaboration with Palantir engineers to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
• Technical background with HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, and Excel.
• Prior Palantir Gotham experience required; Gaia/Foundry a plus.
• Strong communication, able to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Willingness for 90-day deployments OCONUS and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side training to analysts.
• Train analysts in a classroom setting.
• Ability to build initial dashboard products and assist users with building questions.
• Staff the Help Desk: respond to user requests and troubleshoot issues with Palantir engineers.
• Provide feedback to the Palantir engineering team about product.
• Proactively develop relationships with users at customer site and propose use cases.
