Job summary

Barbaricum is seeking operations and intelligence professionals experienced with the Palantir platform to join our team in Bahrain on a 90-90 rotation. You will train analysts, build dashboards, staff the Help Desk, and work with Palantir engineers to troubleshoot issues.

This role requires U.S. citizenship, TS/SCI eligibility, and readiness for 90-day deployments overseas. A technical background with HTML, Ruby, Python, Java, and Excel is important, as is strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with Palantir Gotham required.
• Citizenship in the U.S. and TS/SCI clearance eligibility.
• Willingness for 90-day deployments OCONUS.
• Military/Special Operations/Law Enforcement experience preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to explain complex concepts.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side training to analysts.
• Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting.
• Build initial dashboard products and assist users with building questions.
• Staff the Help Desk, respond to user requests, and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues.
• Provide feedback to the Palantir engineering team about product.
• Proactively develop relationships with users at customer sites and make suggestions to the Palantir team on use cases to pursue.
• Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.

Position Details

Position is rotational with a 90-90 schedule.

Qualifications

• Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, Microsoft Excel, hardware, networks, and server administration.
• Prior experience with Palantir Gotham required. Additional experience with Palantir Gaia and Palantir Foundry is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of Excel.
• Military/Special Operation/Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• Willingness for 90-day deployments OCONUS (as required by U.S. Government contract).
• U.S. citizenship (as required by U.S. Government contract).
• TS/SCI clearance eligibility.
