Position Overview

Barbaricum is a government contractor that supports federal customers in defense and national‑security missions. We are looking for a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst to support Palantir implementation teams, train users, resolve technical issues, develop new use cases, and facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide desk‑side training to analysts.
• Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting.
• Build initial dashboard products and assist users with question development.
• Staff the help desk and respond to user requests.
• Work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues.
• Provide feedback to Palantir engineering about the product.
• Proactively develop relationships with customers and suggest new use cases to the Palantir team.
• Embed with users across the world and support global collaboration.
• Participate in a rotational 90‑day schedule including 90‑day deployments OCONUS as required by the U.S. government contract.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with Palantir Gotham required.
• Additional experience with Palantir Gaia and Palantir Foundry is a plus.
• Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python, Java, Microsoft Excel, hardware, networks, and server administration.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of Excel.
• Military, special operations, or law enforcement experience is a plus.

Willingness for 90‑day deployments OCONUS, U.S. citizenship, and TS/SCI clearance eligibility are required by the U.S. government contract.
