Job summary

Barbaricum is a rapidly growing government contractor delivering cutting-edge support across Defense and National Security mission sets. We seek Field Service Representatives (FSR) experienced with Palantir to train analysts, troubleshoot, and develop new use cases across global sites. This rotation includes 90/90 assignments and potential CONUS/OCONUS exposure.

The role emphasizes hands-on training, dashboard development, and close collaboration with Palantir engineers to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
• Technical background with HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, and Excel.
• Prior Palantir Gotham experience required; Gaia/Foundry a plus.
• Strong communication, able to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Willingness for 90-day deployments OCONUS and U.S. citizenship.

We are seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting Palantir s implementation teams to support and strengthen the unique partnerships with Palantir's client s user base. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, develop new Palantir use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with Palantir team members in our offices. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success. Come help solve the world s hardest problems.

This position is rotational and follows a 90/90 schedule.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations
• Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, Microsoft Excel as well hardware, networks, and server administration
• Prior experience with Palantir Gotham required. Additional experience with Palantir Gaia and Palantir Foundry is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Military/Special Operation/Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• Willingness for 90 day deployments OCONUS (As required by U.S. Government contract)
• U.S. citizenship (As required by U.S. Government contract)
