Job summary

Confidential Company in Bahrain is seeking a dynamic B2B sales professional to promote and cross-sell its range of corporate products and services. You will engage via outdoor sales, telemarketing, roadshows, and B2B meetings to achieve individual targets.

The role requires a graduate degree or diploma, at least 2 years in Bahrain B2B sales, experience in FMCG/Telecom/ICT/insurance or spare parts, a Bahraini driving license, and an immediate joining date. Indian nationals are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a graduate degree or equivalent diploma.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales in Bahrain.
• Experience in FMCG, Telecommunications, ICT, Insurance or Spare Parts.
• Bahraini Driving licence.
• Indian nationals preferred.
• Preferably below 35 years of age.
• Immediate joiner.

Responsibilities

• Promote and cross-sell clients' existing range of B2B products and services through outdoor sales, telemarketing, B2B meetings and other events to achieve individual sales targets.
• Process all B2B customer service requests (provisioning, bill payments, queries and complaints) promptly and accurately.
• Regularly track and clear suspended and rejected B2B sales service requests.
• Conduct background checks for B2B clients (credit checks, blacklist verification, eligibility for provisioning new requests).
• Collect, validate and securely manage corporate documents; initiate the service provisioning process.
• Restore disconnected B2B services promptly after outstanding dues per credit control procedures.
• Manage daily cash and revenue collection; tally daily transactions and ensure safe closing.
• Deposit revenue collections for B2B accounts within the required timeframe.
• Conduct daily inventory checks and coordinate with internal teams for stock availability.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders on promotions, price changes and process modifications.
• Follow established processes and quality standards while addressing B2B requests to ensure client satisfaction.
• Take ownership of managing and updating B2B social media accounts in line with KPIs.
• Share knowledge on telecom industry, B2B sales strategies and market trends.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying potential customers and generating leads to achieve targets.
• Perform any other related tasks as required.
