Confidential Company in Bahrain is seeking a driven B2B sales professional to promote and cross-sell the client’s existing range of products through outdoor sales, telemarketing, roadshows and events. You will process service requests, manage customer communications, and help ensure smooth provisioning and payments.

The role requires a graduate degree or diploma, at least 2 years in Bahrain B2B sales, and preference for experience in FMCG, telecom, ICT, insurance or spare parts.

Qualifications

• Must have a graduate degree or equivalent diploma.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales in Bahrain.
• Experience in FMCG, Telecommunications, ICT, Insurance or Spare Parts preferred.

Responsabilités

• Promote and cross-sell client’s existing B2B products and services through outdoor sales, telemarketing, roadshows and events.
• Process all B2B customer service requests in a timely and accurate manner (e.g. service provisioning, bill payments, queries, and complaints).
• Track and clear suspended and rejected B2B sales service requests.
• Perform daily cash and revenue collection and ensure safe closing.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying potential customers and leads.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders on promotions, price changes and process updates.
• Take ownership of updating B2B social media accounts in line with KPIs and timely responses.
