Qualifications

• Bachelor's level degree in technology or engineering with focus on production/industrial
• Proven leadership abilities and experience in operations management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize daily operational activities to enhance efficiency, ensuring that all tasks align with company goals and objectives.
• Implement process improvements by analyzing current workflows and identifying bottlenecks, leading to cost reduction and increased productivity.
• Manage and oversee inventory control systems, ensuring accurate stock levels to meet demand without excess expenditure.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports to provide insights for strategic decision-making and present findings to senior management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts that benefit the organization while ensuring timely delivery.
• Train and mentor junior staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the operations team.
