• Lead and mentor a team of fulfillment associates, driving skills and performance.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for fulfillment processes to boost efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and supply chain teams to align fulfillment goals.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
• Utilize technology and automation tools to streamline processes and reduce errors.
• Conduct regular audits of fulfillment processes and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present reports on fulfillment performance to senior management.
