Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.

We are currently seeking an experienced **Production Director** to lead and optimize manufacturing operations at our Bahrain facility. **Position Overview**The **Production Director** will be responsible for overseeing all manufacturing activities within the plant, ensuring operational excellence across Production, Supply Chain, Planning, and Quality functions. The role requires a strong leader with proven experience in complex OEM manufacturing environments, capable of driving efficiency, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in the achievement of business objectives, operational performance, and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities*** Lead and manage all plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are achieved.* Oversee Production, Supply Chain, Production Planning, and Quality departments.* Develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with company objectives.* Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.* Ensure efficient production planning and resource allocation to meet customer demand.* Optimize inventory levels, material flow, and supply chain performance.* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as required.* Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.* Lead, develop, and mentor department managers and operational teams.* Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Purchasing, and Corporate functions.* Support industrialization projects, process improvements, and capacity expansion initiatives.* Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and international quality standards. **Requirements*** Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.* + 10 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles.* Proven experience in OEM manufacturing environments.* Strong background in Production Management, Supply Chain, Planning, and Quality.* Experience managing medium-to-large manufacturing facilities.* Demonstrated success in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence programs.* Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.* Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on operational approach.* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.* Fluent English required. **Preferred Qualifications*** Experience in the power generation, industrial equipment, machinery, metal fabrication, or electromechanical manufacturing sectors.* Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and World Class Manufacturing methodologies.* International and multicultural management experience.**Location*** Bahrain
