Job summary

Deel in Bahrain seeks a senior operations and strategy professional to drive global expansion across operations, products, and markets. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, synthesize data, and deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.

Reporting to the COO, you will manage complex programs, identify opportunities, scope projects, and guide rapid implementation while improving processes and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in product, operations, revenue ops, or consulting.
• 2–4 years in a fast-growth startup.
• Strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data.
• Proficiency in data analysis and workflow automation.
• Proven track record delivering quantifiable business impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Report to the COO and tackle daily operations issues and projects.
• Lead Deel's global expansion across operations, products, and markets.
• Manage end-to-end projects from scoping to cross-functional implementation.
• Create data-driven recommendations from large datasets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Solve problems and implement solutions.
• Design and improve processes at scale for operations.
• Support strategic goal setting and performance management.
• Maintain processes, workflows, and organizational tools.
