Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead a technical team and safeguard the hotel’s high standards of safety, quality, and guest comfort. You will oversee daily upkeep, preventive maintenance, and capital projects while coordinating with external contractors.

The role demands strong leadership, budget management, and adherence to health, safety, and service excellence guidelines in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Maintenance Manager or senior maintenance leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety).
• Experience managing maintenance teams, budgeting, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and complete all general maintenance in a timely and efficient manner.
• Develop and oversee a preventative maintenance plan for the property and conduct regular checks.
• Supervise external contractors to ensure work aligns with standards and budget.
