Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Bahrain is seeking a Store Manager to drive store performance, lead a team and deliver VIP customer experiences across online and offline channels.

You will recruit and develop talent, implement the brand’s guidelines, manage customer data and sales targets, and collaborate with back-office teams to improve store operations. Minimum 2 years in Beauty Retail supervision and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years supervisory role in Beauty Retail.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy to customers and team.
• Define, execute and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage the customer database to build relationships and create future selling opportunities.
• Stay ahead of trends, products and competitors and share feedback with back-office teams.
• Think hybrid by leveraging all type of point of sales online and offline.
• Team Leadership and Development—provide a clear vision and recruit and retain talents.
• Create a positive work environment based on trust, respect and fairness.
• Coach team members and promote growth using learning tools and platforms.
• Ensure performance improvement plans are discussed and documented.
• Develop the omnichannel mindset among the team focusing on VIP clients and clienteling.
• Recruit new clients and convert them into loyal VIP customers.
• Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained in the store.
• Ensure e-commerce orders are prepared and processed within the set SLAs in terms of time and quality.
• Leverage available technology tools to support customer experience in-store and online.
• Ensure stock replenishment and displays follow the brand's VM guidelines.
• Ensure processes comply with safety, security, HR guidelines and improve them with relevant teams.
• Ensure healthy floor coverage by analyzing historical traffic data.
