Chalhoub Group in Bahrain invites applications for a Beauty Consultant to create memorable beauty experiences by understanding customers' needs and recommending the right products. You’ll bring the brand to life, build lasting relationships, achieve sales goals, and keep the counter well presented and stocked.

You’ll deliver skincare consultations, product demonstrations, and personalised recommendations; support sales targets and brand activations; collaborate with store teams; and stay ahead

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, routines, and consultations.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• A customer-focused, confident, and professional approach.
• Passion for luxury beauty, sales, and delivering memorable brand experiences.

What you'll be doing

As a Beauty Consultant, you’ll create memorable beauty experiences by understanding each customer’s needs and recommending the right products. You’ll bring the brand to life, build lasting customer relationships, achieve sales goals, and keep the counter beautifully presented, well stocked, and ready to welcome customers.

• Build strong partnerships: Work closely with retail teams and store management to ensure the brand is visible, well presented, and customer-ready.
• Stay connected: Build customer relationships through clienteling and keep up to date with beauty trends, products, and competitors.

What you’ll need to succeed

• At least 2 years’ experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, routines, and consultations.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
