Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, routines, and consultations.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Customer-focused, confident, and professional approach.
• Passion for luxury beauty, sales, and delivering memorable brand experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable beauty experiences by understanding customer's needs and recommending right products.
• Deliver skincare consultations, product demonstrations, and personalised recommendations.
• Support sales targets, customer acquisition, loyalty, product launches and brand activations.
• Work closely with retail teams and store management to ensure brand visibility and readiness.
• Build customer relationships through clienteling and stay updated with beauty trends and competitors.
