Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
• In-depth knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate others.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail with an eye for presentation.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and baking a variety of pastries, cakes, breads, and other sweet treats.
• Ensuring all products are visually appealing and taste delicious.
• Maintaining proper inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.

• Collaborating with other chefs to develop new menu items.
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
