Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Develop new pastry and dessert recipes meeting hotel standards.
• Prepare and present pastries, cakes, tarts, breads, and other desserts daily.
• Oversee production of baked goods for banquets and events.
• Maintain high food quality, hygiene, and safety in the pastry kitchen.
• Manage inventory and order ingredients for timely production.
• Train and supervise junior pastry chefs to ensure consistency.
