Job summary

Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain is seeking an experienced In-Villa Dining Lead to oversee the in-room dining team, delivering personalized service and upholding luxury standards.

You will train junior staff, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure timely service while maintaining HACCP and safety; outdoor work and buggy operations; opportunities to grow within the property and across the Accor portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years luxury in-room dining experience.
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or captain role.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the In-Villa Dining team during shifts.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, garnishes, and preparation methods.
• Greet guests warmly and provide professional, personalized in-room dining service.
• Set up, present, and serve meals according to departmental standards.
• Respond to guest enquiries and promote upselling opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of trolleys, workstations, and equipment.
• Follow food safety and HACCP standards at all times.
• Handle collection and breakdown of used dishes, trays, and trolleys efficiently.
• Report guest feedback, complaints, and irregularities to management.
• Support other F&B outlets during busy periods as needed.
• Safely operate and drive a buggy for timely delivery and collection of orders.
• Take full responsibility for Destination Dining setups and create "WOW Experiences".
• Train, coach, and mentor junior waitstaff.
• Coordinate daily tasks and ensure timely service delivery.
