Job summary

Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain seeks an In-Room Dining Waiter to deliver personalized in-room F&B service to ultra-luxury villa guests. You will ensure timely, attentive service with flawless presentation, greet guests, and upsell options while maintaining HACCP standards.

You will set up meals, maintain tidy trolleys and stations, and collaborate with the wider F&B team to create memorable dining experiences across the property.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience as an In-Room Dining Waiter or F&B Server in a 5‑star luxury hotel or resort
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to lift trays/trolleys and work outdoors in heat
• Strong knowledge of menu ingredients, wine pairing, and upselling techniques

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide professional in-room food and beverage service with attention to detail and timeliness.
• Set up, present, and serve meals according to departmental standards with proper table settings and portion control.
• Respond to guest inquiries and promote F&B services and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of trolleys, workstations, and storage areas; follow HACCP standards.
• Handle collection and breakdown of dishes and trolleys after service.
• Report guest feedback and incidents to management and follow up for satisfaction.
• Support other F&B outlets during busy periods and demonstrate teamwork.
• Safely operate a buggy for delivery/collection of in-villa dining orders; drive safely.
• Coordinate Destination Dining setups and create WOW experiences with personalized touches.
